Joya Villas is a collection of two family-friendly, sustainable luxury vacation villas - Casa Bri-Bri and Casa Maleku - located in the magical surf town of Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. We designed our homes as a place for friends and family to relax, and more importantly, reconnect.

About the Project:
While Joya Villas had already maintained a fully functioning hospitality and booking website, their team, along with Compass Real Estate, was in need of a secondary platform for potential investors or purchasers. The website was to tell the story of the luxury villas while also providing financials and showcasing the brand equity.
